If I were a company enticing a high caliber CEO Id want to make it as appealing as I could. Discussions re new building, floor plan and where would you like to sit? would be options to assits with that engagement.
The new canditate would most likly have expertise in the AI | Tech Space so their input from the ground floor would be very useful.
Have they held off making this decision until one has signed up?
BRN are unable to announce bc they are in the cone of silence between roles, but can use his or her expertise to commence purchase and fit out.
Not the open plan type floor plan but an indication of the size....
