Akida and Loihi are both SNN.
Loihi 2 got almost the same amount of neurons, but a far lower amount of synapses, where the 10 billion synapses in Akida are "effective" which probably means it's an estimate based on the amount of spikes that the bus can carry and how many spikes the synapses would make.
But I think we don't need to consider Intel and IBM too much, because they are probably going to target the server side more and not sell IP licenses.
