Thanks FF. Nice to be able to contribute. I see this investment in Brainchip as a fantastic opportunity to retire early.

I joined DOD at 17yrs old in 89. Then, after chasing down and apprehending a bank robber I left for another industry which has shift work, recall and long hours. At times it is rewarding but it takes it’s toll and I will be lucky to finish my career without being touched by PTSD due to the traumatic events I am regularly involved in; (just saying it how it is). But when you’re good in your field and motivated to make a difference it’s hard to walk away to something else: the pay drop would hurt as well!

So I have sunk most of a years wages into BRN: which includes recently cashing out 20 yrs LSL, (I appreciate everyone’s investment amount varies and it’s all important to each individual)… but I am saying this to impress that I still sleep easy at night with to me a large amount invested. I am very comfortable with the risk level, which in my opinion has decreased significantly as time has gone on. With next big contract signing I am sure everyone will let out a sigh of relief!

I am cautious, I read and I analyse. I have done that for many years and I appreciate the expertise on this Forum that has contributed different ideas, aspects and knowledge which I couldn’t accumulate by myself. There are some really smart people on this Forum, with skill sets in this industry which I don’t have. I still try to find information to corroborate what I’m told however having a direction to research in is so helpful.

I have full confidence that the brilliant Brainchip team will do their best, which with their level of expertise, I think will be enough to reach commercialisation and be profitable. My last post indicated the amounts I am hopeful for, which could be conservative… or not. Time will tell. But the beauty of this investment is the potential could be HUGE!

I have stressed that patients is required… and it will be. I would love to hang my boots up, go for long walks on the beach, relax and drink beers with SLADE in a different country every other month. But I know that focussing on that will only make the wait harder. So I just continue keeping on until that time arrives… and then it will be all the sweeter!
