So Akida hits the heart of three big themes:
1) Gets around the exponential power consumption wall of DNN https://spectrum.ieee.org/deep-learning-computational-cost
2) Environment!
Think about it. COP26 is pushing hard for everything environmental. Akida is extremely environmental. GFANZ (controlling the major part of investment money in the world) have been set up to more or less dictate that investments has to be environmental, with country platforms that decides on behalf of the members which investments are acceptable. If conventional AI continues in the exponential power direction they have, they will become a huge burden on the environment, so they will eventually point in the direction of neuromorphic computation.
AI and especially neuromorphic computing will also enable ecological farming industrialized, weed picking robots and other intelligent systems.
3) Hottest part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
If you read Symbiotic Autonomous Systems White Paper IIINovember 2019, then you´ll see that almost every hot trend includes the word AI.
