So I was watching one of the videos of this Gaurav shodhi. He reviews a company called VEEM. It's directors sold shares a few days/weeks before a bad news/update which they gave to the market. Talk about insider trading!
Anyways, this guys supports the directors and company saying they did it to provide liquidity to the market!
This gaurav actually supported a company that did insider trading! What an absolute pk.
Now, let us travel back in time and think about Peter's and Anil's selling of shares. Imagine if they sold it after the MegaChips deal comes through. Or after the future deals comes through. That wouldn't be a good look, and it would hinder the share price appreciation after a deal.
This is where I truly start to appreciate our management. It was painful at that time, but now we see.
