So MegaChips is our Distribution partner in Japan for “certain Akida products in Japan”
In the announcement it says-
“Brainchip also agrees to provide proof of concept engineering services, Akida sales and development support and software support to MegaChips’ customers under the agreement and has agreed to enter into a Distribution Agreement with MegaChips for the distribution of certain Akida products in Japan”
So I assume that it’s not distribution for MegaChip products otherwise there wouldn’t be an additional agreement on an already signed contract?
I’m confused, is this like coles doing deliveries for Woolworths? LOL.
