I don't normally drink, so not very sophisticated in this regard, but when we tip over the $ marks, it'll be a nice Champaign (+- $300) for me.
Once we clear $10 will probably up the intervals to same and will be seeking advice on more expensive brands to try.
When we get into the $100's and divie's are flowing, in a few years time, I'll be open to suggestions.
