2.Civilised ppl need not attend - except when in an uncivilised mood
3.Dunno exactly. Trendy? AND..... Don't knock it till you try it... The burgers are surprisingly compact once you get your mitts around them. Picking up a knife n fork is a big mistake logistically and kills the experience.
4. A good beer always helps to wash it down.
