I just said that elon has a better idea than most specifically referring to the choice to use just cameras as opposed to lidar. If you want a discussion you're going to have to actual read the posts you are responding to.

Do you understand that you get the same kind of final data product from a stereoscopic video system as you'd get from lidar or some combination of lidar and 2d video? That final data product is what is being fed into the SNN. It is all just 3d point cloud data.
