Yes! A Mirage can be photographed. Mirage is nothing but an optical illusion that occurs due to the refraction and total internal reflection of light. Mirages could be seen where the land is heated up and the air is cooler, which happens mostly during the summer afternoons.22 Jan 2019
When I was prosecuting in rural areas there were some terrible head on collisions because out of area drivers would be fooled by mirages and overtake on what they thought were clear stretches of road.
I am sure Uncle Elon has solved this problem with his cameras even if I have never read about but because it is such a basic problem that even an old anonymous fellow like me knows about it.
