F/F, ur a legal eagle, I'm a simple laborer. I'm sure the BRN s/h family covers just about all bases. This is a great post, and gives all us plebs something to think about. However, I'd like to put forward an opposing view. I simply can't see the advantage , in 12 mths time, of companies insisting on an nda with BRN. I see much bigger advantage in announcing a tie in . I don't think we're that far away that BRN tech will be seen as a co advantage. If and when that happens, the nda's will be in the rear view mirror, Loud and proud will be the order of the day. I'm really looking forward to that time, and strongly believe it's unavoidable. The rout of last Fri. is looking like a bad joke. Us quietly heading into the .70s looks inevitable. GLTA
