What a complete and utter load of nonsense. You have clearly not even read your own link.

    - At least 9 out of every 10 posts on the BRN threads are off the charts bullish. A significant number of those being outright upramping (10x Microsoft) or beyond speculative dot joining that Akida is now being integrated into every product under the sun.

    - You claim “These down rampers here on HC & BRN threads are EMPLOYED to do this”. This is truly delusional. Short selling is a tiny fraction of all trades. There are also so few posts that dare to question the bullish narrative on the BRN threads it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.

    - You claim "The campaigns by AFR & Motely Fool and others comes under the title of activist Shorting Campaigns. It allowed by ASX as the following link to ASX website shows. This link will show how they can promote FALSE & MISLEADING information during an Activist Shorting campaign". Total nonsense again. If you actually read your own link, you would have seen:

Under section 1041E, a person must not (whether in Australia or elsewhere) make a statement, or disseminate information, that is false in a material particular or is materially misleading, and the statement or information is likely to:
    - induce persons in Australia to buy or sell financial products, or
    - have the effect of increasing, reducing, maintaining or stabilising the price for trading in financial products on a financial market operated in Australia.
This applies whether or not the person knows, or ought reasonably to have known, that the statement or information is materially false or misleading. They must also not otherwise engage in conduct, in relation to a financial product or a financial service, that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive

    - ASIC are however, very concerned about pump and dump schemes being orchestrated on social media (see here). In 21-256MR, ASIC warns of social media led ‘pump and dump’ campaigns and they say:

ASIC has noted a concerning trend of social media posts being used to coordinate ‘pump and dump’ activity in listed stocks, which may amount to market manipulation in breach of the Corporations Act 2001.

‘Pump and dump’ activity occurs when a person buys shares in a company and starts an organised program to seek to increase (or ‘pump’) the share price. They do this by using social media and online forums to create a sense of excitement in a stock or spread false news about the company’s prospects. They then sell (or ‘dump’) their shares and take a profit, and other shareholders suffer as the share price falls.…

Market manipulation is illegal. It can attract a fine of over $1 million and up to 15 years imprisonment. ASIC takes breaches of the market manipulation provisions seriously.
