The following is a starting point for some possible investigation as to which spiking neural network this NASA researcher used. There are tens of thousands of choices out there but as NASA likes to follow the SWaP protocol and use COTS and AKD1000 is the only SNN we can find that meets both the odds could favour Brainchip as NASA is an EAP customer and Professor Iliadis stated that NASA was using AKIDA for autonomous navigation in space but of course still speculative might be absolutely nothing at all to do with Brainchip.
