No, I'm not keeping up because your post makes no sense.

If someone has been in a new post for 1 month, how does this prove that short tenures are common? Someone may have been with their previous organisation for 20 years prior to moving?

Back to the issue at hand:
- The Global Sales Director at BrainChip is moving on after having been in his role for only about 1 year and 4 months
- The question is what are possible reasons as to why a Global Sales Director would leave a company which has an "absolute game changer" of a product?
- Given he was Global Sales Director, it would not be unreasonable to assume part of his remuneration was tied to sales/partnership outcomes etc.
- If Akida chip/IP was selling like hotcakes, you would think he would be raking in the cash right? If this were true, it would make it even harder to understand why someone would leave.
