It's only because of Vorago.
How Vorago came across BRN to promote it's use as a RAD HARD Chip for space[ who knows] Which I would love to know ...
Then NASA seeing the proposed offering from Vorago snn/cnn low power etc and the 499 others after going through all the other submissions .
Then annoucing the update on the specific solicitation category and declaring a sole source BRN .
That is when BRN is calassified as one offer....
Steven nyguen from BRN is the corporate controller .
