Nanose has a cross contamination risk IMO
The virus is said to remain active on a hard surface for hour, hence the repetitive world wide disinfecting of every hard surface in public areas for past 12mths.
A solution to help prevent cross contamination could be as cheap and simple as a single use disposable paper bag sleeve to fit the unit neatly, with a hole punched where the sensor would be located when unit is inserted
After the test , the patient could simply hold the bag while emptying the unit out onto a sterile work bench, then bin the bag.
