Re the number of holders and where are they from. BRN has for some time been a meme stock. This is mentioned plenty of times in AFR articles. When talking about meme stocks in Australia you’d likely be referring to asx bets on reddit. 64,000 members (think it doubled during the GameStop shenanigans) of which a few bought into BRN. That’s where I first heard about. In fact that’s where I heard about all three stocks I hold now. Good place to find penny stock tips as my commsec will vouch. 100% up in six months. Diamond hands, HODL, to the moon. Nobody on asx bets comes here though as they recognise it as the home of the deluded boomer. Asx bets invest small amounts hoping to make decent profits, hot copperites are boomers playing with their super and redundancy payments.
