Do you care to explain why it would be a "major red flag"??
With all the disruption in the market place for obvious reasons, why would it be a red flag? A major semiconductor in the industry has signed an UNCONDITIONAL IP AGREEMENT only a couple of months ago. Do you expect instant sales and instant reporting???
