That’s a very high level for the Armv9-A architecture, to be sure, and we will learn more as Arm says more. But the real takeaway is that Arm believes in specialized processing within a device as well as across devices as the only way to keep advancing compute as Moore’s Law goes the way of Dennard scaling.
