i find it strange that when the price is where should be going this forum has limited downrampers but when the prices gets suppressed by instos there is lots and lots of downrampers. like someone confessed today they get paid to downranp. that i think is not ethical conduct getting paid to purposely downranp.
that' i am sure is not in line with hc conduct. hc need a guidelines check themselves.
