I gave you a like because I prefer face to face but if you consider the uncertainty factors surrounding lock downs due to possible Covid outbreaks, quarantine periods at either end and the diverse geographical locations from Perth to California of those I would like to speak directly to at an AGM is it really practical?
Then let’s say it did go ahead they all got here but Victoria and or Queensland closed their boarders suddenly shareholders in those states either could not attend or could not return home.
Western Australia’s boarder closers are very well enforced so if they had one at the last minute that would definitely be a significant problem. I don’t even know where Peter and Anil are presently and if they have had the vaccine so given their key person status I personally perhaps selfishly want them kept completely safe and as it turned out their being in Perth at one time was just brilliant.
Anyway my opinion only DYOR
