You are correct. A LOT of shares on offer which is proportional to the market cap of the company. This has been due to dilution over time and an increasing number of shares on offer. It is a worry, however, once BRN develops some meaningful sales and contracts the SP will takeoff. Don't stress over it too much It is this exact reason why Z1P will never hit the heights of Afterpay
