Can I add this.

The former CEO when speaking about the potential for mobile phone manufacturers to use AKIDA technology made the point that mobile phones are space deprived and so it was highly unlikely any mobile phone manufacturer would not take and AKD1000 28nm chip and put it in their phone for this reason alone. In addition he said that the AKD1000 is far too powerful and all of its functionality was unlikely to be required in a phone in any event.

The former CEO also said that if AKIDA technology was to be in a mobile phone it would be some limited part of the IP and it would be put on an existing chip in the phone to carry out a specific function such as key word spotting or the like. Thus the idea that AKIDA technology IP is being used in products in part or whole is not unreasonable.

However if you take these known or stated facts and add them to the fact that Renesas has licenced the IP to include it in something it builds/makes/fabricates then you can say this:

" If another company say ABC Co. International (made up name) were to licence the IP or some part of the IP just like Renesas there would have to be an announcement on the ASX. The developed products that you have found are clearly at a stage of commercialisation so the odds are 99 to 1 in favour of, if AKIDA technology IP was involved, there would already have been an announcement that the IP has been licenced to ABC Co International."
