Excellent post FF and absolutely so true! With a new company and game changing product like Brainchip there is bound to be a few setups exactly as you described eventually buy into BRN. Simply put it is how it is done by the Corporate sector.
It is noticable that your "example" ACEV was also a "Delaware" Corporation which is a USA tax haven state. These are where true profits are sometimes accumulated for obvious tax reasons.
