You could ask Ken but as you said he has basicly been muzzled. Or maybe if there are any legal folks that can verify this. But from my knowledge and experience you can keep confidential info even if it's material cause it could hurt your client. Just like a Nd a. And you know asx likes facts not we got 2 million or 1 million for a IP sale to a customer. Plus for BRN own purpose why would you disclose a sale customer a may pay 5 million customer b pays 1 if a knew that would he pay 5 million? This is serious stuff likely worth Billions down the road you can't Fack with it.
