Completely understand the NDAs no issues at all on that front,
was more interested in the payments made to manufacture chips, it could have been worded so that holders are aware that this is a full one off payment... a part installation payment... even a 20% payment upfront, that has zero bearing on NDAs or our potential customers, what it would have an effect on is the shareholder knowledge and potential investment from non holders, I'm pretty confident that had that been a 20% down payment figure we would not be sitting in the dark on a red day today... of course that's just my opinion
