Think for a moment.. The manufacturer of millions/ billions of hand-held covid detectors would obviously have to be sub contracted out, which company has the infrastructure to abandon their current projects and take on this mammoth project?. And... Which country would you say this company resides in?, would love to know your thoughts rocket.
