If it had been fully subscribed the further capital raise of $3,000,000 which was done and brutally criticised by shareholders would not have been necessary.

Many shareholders said on here they would not take up the shares even though they appeared to be a bargain because the share price would fall even further after which it did to 4 cents and these shareholders bought on the ASX and those funds which they could have supported the company with went elsewhere.

So as I said it is a complex question and a complex answer.

I took up my full entitlement and as such I can say that I am a valuable shareholder to the company. Others are not so valuable.
