There is no reason that I can think of why the 13 th of May NASA will hold back on BRN. We all know they are with us in phase 1 and now near completion of phase 2.
Most definitely there will be some security moving foward with them tho if DARPA start participating yet we should get an all systems are go on the 13th of May.
