China does not have a give an take policy from my experiences working with them. They have a wine and dine policy then it will go directly to the take policy.

Samples which China create for their western counter partners in all fields of commodities are just that samples ONLY. Once we are on the hook the sample quality is changed to save them money and that's a fact.
It is the Chinese way to win at all costs, which was told to me by a Chinese man in China. They firmly believe this is good buisness to win at all costs even if it has scrupulous moral standards.
Regarding Tawain, it is and allways has been / will be China's in thier minds and that is also a fact.
Best USA get on with building thier own semi conductor factories or thier own soul and ASAP.
