It has been my experience with startups the Patent assignment usually has terms attached where there is a fee payment to inventor(s) (to make sure the company commercialises invention and usually a trailing royalty fee to inventors.
This one was for $1 - no further fees or royalty payments or ownership just acknowledgement as inventors
Usually financial terms of patent assignments are not revealed but SEC filings do reveal them for other companies.
I recall DRO had such fee payments for assignment for some of its Patents in 5G
But this deed of assignment and registration I have not seen for BRN previously unless I have missed them
