I assume you are referring to the NASA Vorago Phase 2 or 3 which I personally am very, very excited to hear about.
The first of the listed exclusions where it is a breach of the law could easily come into play here unfortunately.
US laws do not of course apply here however we have a number of defence treaties and agreements which tie our national interests together.
So if they decide it is in the US strategic interest to not disclose then it will also be in Australia’s strategic interest to do the same and there will be no announcement.
If there is no announcement and no explanation or comment then I will just have to wait to see mystery dollars turn up in the company accounts.
@uiux posted an extract which I think came from NASA which referred to the potential for a Phase 2 or 3 to become secret.
