FF, As a legal document goes the question is, If NASA do agree and wish to move forwarded wirh BRN ( in any form ) and from the fact we have been advised by NASA of their interst in the initial EPA.
It stands to reason we will get a tick of confirmation which should NOT be a breach in thier eyes due to they allready have stated interest in BRN and that info is already avaiable for the world to see.
I just don't see how your birthday wish will be withheld mate.
To me there must be some form of responce from NASA tomorow morning regarding BRN.
