And if you believe that cyber attacks only affect Governments, Public Agencies, Banks and Businesses, you are deluded. Cybercriminals are targeting everywhere. That is to say to the citizens. What the team discovered from the Democritus University of ThraceThe answer to that is, not in a lab environment, but in real life, by a team of Greek scientists at the Democritus University of Thrace. The team consisting of Professor Lazaros Eliades and Doctor and Postdoctoral Researcher Konstantinos Demertzis created the software based on the development of the most powerful Neuromorphic Integrated Circuit, (Neuromorphic System-Known as NSoC) .
