As we all know that a company that is financed by Government has to be fully scrutinised and open to public review in the USA by Congress etc
The way that the Government gets away with there little secret shenanigans is to get private companies contract work which goes hidden and are not abounded by law to disclose anything to public to a certain extent of course .
