I've got a few problems with that article FactFinder..

Two or 3 times they said Brainchip was "developing" the technology, when they should have said "have developed and continue to further that development"..

Then they say..

"Overall, we are projecting BrainChip share price to be valued at 75 cents per share, which is a conservative 7% upside potential."

"Now, we are not saying that BrainChip will rerate to that valuation level just like that. The company will need to close a lot more commercial deals. This should comprise outright sales of its Akida product, license income, and royalties."

A lot more deals to me, implys 3 or more.
One more deal, would rerate this above 75 cents (after spiking higher initially), 2 or 3 more, even higher again.
How high, would depend entirely on which companies these were with..

Then they say this..

"According to our projection, we forecast BRN’s free cash flow to reach $127 million by FY25 and a terminal FCF at circa $33 million."

They forecast, according to their projections??
Absolutely impossible to know at this stage.
What they've done, is plucked some figures out their rectums..
It could be much higher, or much lower and is entirely dependant on what other deals transpire in that time and how quickly they get to market.

Either way, Brainchip will be future priced.

Overall a positive article, but with some purposefully negative language, in my opinion

Let's get one of these "a lot more" deals before Christmas!
