Yeah they can. If the other party asks to have it kept secrative then they have to respect the contract. Look its still in the best intrest of the shareholders to get contracts and $$$. Reporting finanacles is at the time it happens.
Now I Know they play with numbers receivable or received suffering payments to suppliers to make balance sheet look good I know CFO's that have been asked to move stuff around this one particularly quit because of it years ago. But if they Black out the trading on a stock internally insider then the news does not need to be released based on client confidentially.
The key is to see if any insiders trader shares But they don't. I know its silly maybe even crazy but the potential of this stock is really mind blowing. Especially if Renasas had to sign an IP and could not work around the product.
You ask why is tesla so valuable they don't sell the cars it's the IP they hold that other manufacturers will have to pay for evs.
