And of course, all tiers of government are seeking digital platforms at present - anything to do with a non-intrusive payment reminder platform (where it is communicated to the client as being the ATO - BRANDED AS THE PAYEE - and connecting the payer to the ATO (or whoever) platform in the first instance, is a clear win.

From the government’s perspective, there are no branding issues to negotiate - nothing. Just a fee for the message and provided platform for both parties to see the flow of funds. It’s pretty simple to me. The biggest hurdles I come across in my experience with government procurement are: (1) Intellectual Property; and (2) security of funds. CCR by-passes these, as far as I know.

All tiers of government (Council, State, Federal) will utilise this service. I’ve seen it first hand. Its popularity is growing.
