this seems like a really great appointment, im even a bit surprised they managed to find someone of this caliber - hopefully he will be able to bring in some good new projects. i just found this bit of info from googling him:

"A proven oil and gas finder, Mr. Krenzke, headed up the team that discovered and developed the 600 million barrel Scott Field, the largest discovery in the North Sea during the 1980's, while employed by Amerada Hess."
