Ruined everything? What on Earth are you talking about?
It brought in the funding required to get production going. That's what it was designed to do, that's what it did. It was a success. Once production is up and running, the share price will inevitably follow. In the mean time, who cares what the share price does? Jerko doesn't control the share price, the market does that. If there's a disconnect between true value and share price/market cap, that's primarily the fault of the irrational nature of the market, which isn't Jerko's fault or any other individual person's.
Since the share price doesn't need to be high to assist the fundamental operations of the company (we have our funding), low prices between now and the rerate some time between now and that rerate simply mean cheap shares on offer for bargain hunters like me to accumulate. I want to see 5c, I'd be thrilled if it happened. It probably won't, but the lower the better as far as I'm concerned.
Management manage the company operations, not the share price. If you have a problem with the way operations are being run or with reporting etc, sure, blame management, but if you have a problem with the share price, remember that it's the market to be staring at, and in this case, simply see it as a buying opportunity. If you believe in the fundamentals you'll presumably have at least a ballpark price target in mind for some time next year. The current share price shouldn't factor into that calculation at all (correct me if I'm wrong, I can only see capital raising issues being relevant, but we probably won't have any capital raisings, so it shouldn't matter). Enjoy the bargains before we all enjoy our profits in 2022 or 2023. Unless you're day trading, why would you be holding if not for the fundamental value which presumably won't be reflected in the share price until next year? That being the case, why would you be angry with management because of the March 2021 share price after they've already secured all the funding they need? Heck, I admire them for getting funding secured at 13c, considering the price is now less than 10! Good on them!
