It is all about sentiment, it seems. SH's expected some sort of positive news from AGY about this time, so a gentle if not sudden increase in SP. But the open today appears as a result of disappointment due to the lack of an update on the construction or perhaps a feeling that all is not well with AGY. Hopefully I am wrong and I would be glad if I am. But AGY management need to be more transparent and earn their keep.
