I find your answer to the question (how much you have to earn as a trader to overcome the tax impact (CGT exemption)?) quite right and straight forward.
Then you've got people circumventing the sheer calcs and trying to divert the talk from the original question by saying: "This is actually not my marginal tax rate", "Traders do more than the % you've taken for comparison purposes".
I really don't get it...
