Yes, I clearly stated, up front, the details of that specific scenario that I used for a simplified example.
Capital, time, tax rate, etc.
It was only one example, for one scenario.
Glad to see some people can see this and not get caught up in the other junk.
BTW, I've asked for others' input so I can tweak for other scenarios of interest to them (e.g. a lower tax rate, or perhaps longer/shorter time horizon), but basically crickets! Go figure!
