Alls Chartists can do is work out the trend and tell you what the support and resistance marks are assuming the trend continues.
Supports sitting at 30/30.5c and resistance is 35c which are all moving higher
chartists can tell you when a trend could change based on things like RSI, bollinger bands and Stoch indicators but with a surge like these they are irrelevant until things really settle down.
