eg. the team at BMI see continued divergence between supply and demand for the rest of the decade, at least.
There does not appear, afaict, to be any indication of that shortfall shrinking during this period..?
If they are correct (and their modelling appears to be quite well informed and considers planned/highly-probable/probable/etc new supply), I cannot really see prices dropping significantly at all throughout this period..?
As usual, we'll all have to wait and see!
