So who ever was lending prior to the CR does not appear to be the lender now. & it looks like most of their outstandig has been returned.
On the 12th there were 48,000 reported loaned & 292,100 borrowed but the daily reports showed 4 million loaned & 500,000 the next day so that is likely the same shorter.
Not everyone participates in the ASX lending scam scam though so this lot is likely one of the foreign institutional investors partaking in the CR & therefore probably not going to report to the ASX or ASIC ever.
I noticed this type of discrepancy when Global-X was a large holder as well.
Interestingly there were none reported at all yesterday so maybe the 4.5 million have all been covered now.
