JZ should get the CR organised and build the Stage 2 plant ASAP. Any perceived view by some SH that the CR is dilutive is only looking at one side of the coin. The other side is that when you build the plant and ramp up production / sales / profit & cash reserves that will go in part towards Stage 3 plant the company is creating/adding real and perceived value for SH , which will by far outweigh the CR short term dilution. The SP will bolt upwards and will reflect the true value of the company and at the same time this will be further supported by the rebounding price of high quality battery grade LCE. The Biden Administration will rejoin the Paris accord ASAP and all in all increased worldwide demand for BG LCE will rapidly outstrip supply.

For some doubters it is worth remembering that JZ promised to raise the $20/25 mil from potential offtake investors etc and he gave it an excellent shot , however Covid19 was a major hinderance as many potential partners went into partial or total lockdown , and given the relatively small capital raise it probably wasn't as appealing as a much larger investment. JZ should be commended for having explored that financing avenue as it has exposed AGY and its premium product to many potential customers/buyers/investors when Stage 2 production is underway.

In summary I am all for going full steam ahead to raise the $20/25 mil from the company owners (us SH).
The worst is behind us and the best is quite visible on the horizon.
