A credit raise here would have to be done at 10c
If we need 20/25 mil, don’t forget the additional costs to facilitate it and then insure it against being under subscribed. Looking more like 30 mil. That’s 30% dilution for a basic stage 2 plant.

If a raise wants to be done, jerko should wait until we are in the 20’s, a raise at 20c wouldn’t be as damaging.

No, these are not the words of JZ, but ideas of share owners born out of the eternally long wait.
Almost desperate solutions.

Jerko was still of the opinion weeks ago that possible, good, European financiers still needed time for a decision.
And: He very much wanted to work with these people because they had made the best offer.
He also thought that there was still enough time before the plant could be built.
This was at the beginning of November last year.

I think the time is overripe, because the prices for carbonate have been rising since August 2020 and we need not only the money but also 15-20 months to build the plant.

Even though a capital increase is not my first choice, I would certainly participate.
Because achieving industrial production of battery-grade material seems to be the primary thing.
