The main game here is to get to production and grow the company business and value, and share holders value.
If it means raising the required capital from SH to achieve that ( and go through a short term dilution ) then so be it.
Because failing that the alternative is not a pretty picture ---- the "dilution" resulting from inaction will be far far greater and we could be looking at around 70% from the last traded share price.
To me that is no longer and option for the company.. I say GET IT DONE ASAP.. The reality is that we have a two sided coin and we know which side we should opt for.
