Just playing around with some figures with regards to a Rights Issue, which i would prefer over a CR.
We need say $25m for the Stg 2 plant.
RI of 250m shares @10c each = $25m
Approx 6k shareholders in AGY.
Lets say at least 25% (1500) of them wouldn't participate for various reasons, lack of funds, cracked it with JZ, non believers etc,etc
That leaves 4.5k shareholders potentially to participate.
250m/4.5k = 55,555 shares per holder @ 10c each = a commitment of $5.5k each.
So JZ needs to consider, would current SH's back and support this course of action?
I would.....can't speak for anyone else.
I do agree with others though, lets get moving, one way or the other.
